Introduction
You may want to
move files around from the way they were imported from BlackBoard or change
the order of a reading, an assignment or quiz, etc. This is easy to do in
Angel.
Move an Item Within a
Course
To
move a content item from one Lesson folder to another:

Display the item you want to move by clicking on it in the course map.

Hold your cursor over the item till you see the settings reports
utilities delete commands.

Click Utilities.
-
On
the Utilities Menu, click Move Item.

On
the map that displays, click the name of the folder into which you want
the item moved.
- The original
page returns minus the item you moved.
Copy an Item to Another Place in the Same
Course
To
make a duplicate of any item in a course
-
Navigate to the place in the course where you
want the second copy to appear.

Click Add Content
-
Click Copy Items under the More Options
heading
-
All the items in the course display in a tree
structure. Click the item you want to copy.
The item is copied to the current folder.
Rearrange Top Level Folders or Files
To rearrange
the order of a top level file or folder in the Lessons area:

You can copy any item from your course to another course in which you have
editor rights
-
Display the item you want to move by clicking on it in the course map.

Hold your cursor over the item till you see the settings reports
utilities delete commands

Click Utilities.

On
the Utilities Menu, click Export Item.

Choose the course to which you want to move the item from the drop down
menu which lists all the courses to which you have editor access.

On
the map that displays, click the name of the folder into which you want
the item moved.
